Downstairs

The first floor includes plenty of space to squirrel away depending on your needs. The kitchen is complete with a Wolf 6-burner range, LG smart fridge and dishwasher, an under cabinet microwave, and a Jura coffee maker. For your comfort we are fully ducted dual zone AC, wifi throughout the home, and Sonos speakers throughout. In the front is a sitting room with a view into a private side yard and a front porch to sit on. There are plenty of board games available. The back TV room looks out onto the back patio, and includes a queen sized pull out couch, a 72″ smart TV with surround sound. Downstairs also includes a laundry room powder room with LG washer and dryer, as well as a full steam shower room off the TV room.

Upstairs

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a full en suite bathroom with a rain shower, a king sized bed and built in wardrobe. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a jet tub on hall. The middle guest bedroom is a double with a closet, and the second guest has a large king bed and sitting area with views to the woods in the back. All bathroom amenities have been updated to include heated smart toilets.
